Present: April Gendill, Sami Barghout, Kitty Garden, Roger Snyder, Cayce Kenney

Absent: Dane Frandsen

Agenda:               1. Zack question, can class be written off? -Sent to next meeting.

2. TPP @ Tucson Pride on 11/22/25? Merch discussed-Pride specific shirts? April will reach out to Pride for any Tucson Pride specific images. Merch stuff is discussed generally. TPP will be at Pride, voted Aye by acclamation.
3. April brings up PR team, Cayce volunteered to lead PR committee. PR committee created voted Aye by acclamation. Discussion on mission of PR committee.
4. Trimming discord channels. Cayce presents unused channels, why to eliminate, and possible replacements. List of channels will be posted in BoD chat by 5pm 9/14, for online discussion.
