    • Election and Terms: Updating some timing info. Discussions on details of how to encourage someone to stay on board until position filled. Updating the notice terms of how elections are run.
    • Quorum: Updates to terms to require no less than three board members.

    • BOD meeting and notice: Notice through minutes text removed. Updating contact methods.
    • Vacancies: This section getting removed as it is already covered earlier in the document.

    • Cayce plans to run a survey for 1mo to review. Going to make Google Form. Working on questions.
    • Proposing that survey get written by Cayce with other BOD members. Once complete, BoD will review before release, but will not require an official vote.
