○ Meeting to be scheduled and poll needed to establish date.
○ Meeting first to be scheduled with board members to clarify RSO rules.
○ Cayce motions to set up meeting with BOD first to narrow now SOP for RSO.
• Fourthwalled Tax Exempt, raffle, and other financial discussions.
○ Moved to next 3rd Thursday meeting for vote.
○ Decision to be made if buying grand prize for raffle is prudent. Discussions ongoing on grand prize for raffle.
○ Side discussion on fuel reimbursement for event organizers. Waiting to bring up with Dane.
• Community Outreach Events
○ Discussions on having club tables at public markets and events. Discussion on having merch and club info. Proposal to have PP at shows and if we should produce merch to sell at these events (stickers, pins, ect…).
○ Side discussion on pin making hardware for events and costs of fans and other accessories.
○ Motion put forward that the club will start looking for shows to do. Vote was not finished and discussion moved on. Topic automatically tabled.
• Zines for club
○ Discussion on what is a Zine and how it would relate to club activities as offered by member.
○ April brings up that if there is cost beyond printer costs, club might need to hold off.
○ No vote held or decision made, moved on to next topic. Topic automatically tabled to next meeting.
• 1mo sub to veceasy
○ Cayce recommends 1mo subscription of vectors we can use for merch, ads, ect to work on designs.
○ Approved: Cayce will get 1mo sub to test for designs.
