● Explains differences between the two charity goals/purposes.
● Board agrees to add notes/edits by Monday 6/23/2025, and then send to the design team to create an infographic for July’s meeting.
● Design team needs to finish the design/infographic/pamphlet by 6/27/2025, to be posted w/ google form to capture any additional questions beforehand.
● Cayce will create a google form to capture member questions, and send them to Dane the night before.
● Dane will attend digitally to answer questions during the monthly meeting on 7/6/2025.
Bylaws
● Lots of questions came up in the document (see here) and Kitty needs guidance on how to move forward.
● Proposed: Reach out to Tucson Gay Chamber Committee for input. Kitty will outline the proposed system for review. April will make an appointment for discussion. Follow-up next meeting.
CCW Classes
● CCW class venues are scheduled.
● Staff and Board: Sunday July 13, 2025 (Ward 6) 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
● Open: Sunday July 27, 2025 (Ward 6) 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
