Gas Reimbursement
April has been doing a LOT of business related driving for the club and is proposing that we have the option of reimbursement for club fuel expenses.
Dane brings up that $0.14/mi is the allowed reimbursement amount from the IRS. We thought can agree on a reimbursement if a receipt is submitted.
Cayce said that we could submit this under the discretionary reimbursement as long as a note is taken on the reimbursement to the treasurer to be logged.
April proposes limited to $20/mo limit.
Robbie proposes to $20/mo limit unless authorized by treasurer for authorized needs.
Proposal: BOD members will be authorized to expense $20/mo of fuel reimbursement for official travel without treasurer approval. Higher amounts will require treasurer written approval to expense more. Fuel expenses will only be for official club business.

Zine
It was brought to the board that a member wants to publish a club zine. Lilly is asking $40/article for the Zine. April is bringing it up that currently the club does not have the expense flow to justify $40/mo for this type of media distribution.
Discussion statement: The club at this time does not feel a zine fits into the financial and marketing goals of the club at this moment, but there is interest for future consideration.
Raffle Discussion
Status update and discussion on the upcoming raffle.
Sharing that we have a Macbook for the raffle now.
April is showing off the raffle system.
Discussion on how names should be announced for membership privacy. Software system made to have a field for preferred name.
April proposal: Raffle goes live next Tuesday. Gives addl two weeks to sell raffle tickets. Or, should we wait until the meeting to go live.
Discussion that items will be added later, but the raffle can go forward early.
Proposal vote: Raffle to go live Next Tuesday 21st.

Community Outreach Events Discussion
Reviewing clubs ability to spend on additional outreach events/table information. It seems holding off until after the raffle would be appropriate.
